Come join us for a day of seeking - finding - experiencing - and celebrating the many paths to prayer

Prayer has been defined as an act of communication with the sacred or holy. It occurs in all religions throughout the world. Revitalize your prayer life this new year with forms from several spiritual and cultural traditions. Renew your awareness of the body's healing response to prayer. Rejoice as you reconnect with the peaceful power of prayer.

8:30 - 9:00 AM Arrive for a light breakfast

9:30 - 12:00 PM Pathwork Sessions
12:00- 1:30 PM Catered lunch provided
1:30 -3:00 PM Pathwork Sessions
3:00 - 3:30 PM Closing

What do you bring? A welcoming mind and spirit, a journal/notebook for personal writings, a pillow for floor time, and layers of clothing for inside and outside activities .

The workshop will be facilitated by Sandy Sisson and Suzanna Alexander. Sandy is a United Methodist Lay Speaker and Board Member of Lay Pastors Ministry, Inc. Suzanna is Sandy's sister, a retired Physical Therapist, and a student of many cultural and spiritual healing methods.
